Message frequency varies; you may receive messages each time you sign up or log in to your Neighborly account. You may also receive ride notifications when booking or accepting rides.

Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS messages sent and received.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any Neighborly message. After you send the message "STOP", we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.
